4th August, 1936.

Messrs. Automotive Products Ltd.,
Tachbrook Road,
Leamington Spa.

For the attention of Mr. Van Vestraut.

Dear Sirs,

We are hoping to receive very shortly the second set of your hydraulic jacks, as we have a Ph.III car leaving for France in the near future.

How long do you think it will be before you can send us the latest hand pump. If this does not reach us in time for the tests, we shall have to pipe the jacks to our present hand pump.

This will enable us to find out whether or not the mechanism part of the jacks is satisfactory. Of course we should like to run the complete return, and hope that you can let us have the hand pump during the next fort-night.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS ROYCE LTD.
