Dear Mr.Hutt,

The late Mr.Halliwell.

(1) I enclose you herewith copies of the
following :-
(a) My letter to Mr.Worcester (who is Mrs.Halliwell's brother) dated June 16th 1930.
(b) Letter from Mr.W.H.Halliwell dated June 17th 1930.
(c) Letter from Mr.Worcester dated June 20th 1930.

(2) As I pointed out to you on the tele-phone, I am of the opinion that the question of the insurance policy and the mortgage on Mr.Halliwell's house at Portishead wants very careful watching.

(3) I enclose you herewith copy of Burial Certificate which I have received from Mr.Worcester.
I am asking him to send three more copies.
