Brakes on 30-EX.

The brakes on this car are completely out of date. It is impossible to use the hand adjustment, and the car is useless for brake experiments.

We would like a set of brake parts making for this car to the latest specification. The rear drums are already instructed for it in our memo: Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/AFM.{Anthony F. Martindale}5/KW.16.11.35. There is a lot of development work to be done on Ph.III brakes, so we would like this car brought up to date early in 1936.
