re CARBURETTER AND IGNITION GOVERNOR.LOCKING DEVICE.

The proposal to embody the locking device on both of the above features has been definitely turned down by Mr. Royce, this being the case we shall have to cancel our instructions for introducing the scheme on the next series.

On the ignition relay/governor it is proposed that we delete the knurling and leave the hexagon, the point in this being that there is an idea that knurling is used to a certain point and then the men forget to use the spanner.
