Will you please send an official order to Messrs John Marstons for five Ph.III. oil coolers. These have been received by Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Std. and used for tests to destruction. These coolers were received in an unfinished condition i.e. no baffle plate or number plate fitted, untested and without the union faces machined - they should therefore be charged for accordingly.
