Rolls-Royce, Ltd.
Derby, England

Dear Mr. Robotham:

As requested in your letter of the 17th ultimo, we paid the New York Athletic Club account of $5.27, and have applied the difference between that and the six dollars you sent us to the credit of your account here. We enclose herewith a letter received from the Amplex Manufacturing Company regarding the statement they had sent you, together with their copy of invoice, which we trust you will find self-explanatory.

We have paid all the accounts you left with us with the exception of the purchase of the Cadillac. On that Mr. Olley has not replied to our inquiries as to when it will be ready. We have paid out $137.76 more on your accounts than was received, and we are writing Mr. DeLooze today sending him a statement of the account.

Yours very truly,

ROLLS-ROYCE OF AMERICA, INC.
