Rapson Tyres.

Mr. Rapson called on me to-day and mentioned that his tyres in future were to be made by the North British Rubber Company and it is expected that they will be better made than they have ever been in the past and will be in better balance and have other improvements.

For this reason he is very anxious that we should give them a fair, unprejudiced test under the new conditions, which I have agreed to do as shown in the attached.
