The following is a list of outstanding jobs about which we should like some idea as to when it is expected that they will be complete :-

(1). B.60 crankshaft with spring drive as per our memo Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Swdl.{Len H. Swindell}27.1.39.

(2). Crank damper inertia rings for B.60 and B.80 in accordance with memo Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Swdl.{Len H. Swindell}5/MH.{M. Huckerby}4.2.39.

(3). B.60 No.4 Unit, this being first unit with 2.75 crankshaft and RR. balance weights.

(4). B.80 No.3 unit with raised exhaust valve guide bosses and 2.75 crankshaft.

(5). B.60 camwheel with .020 slack and drive shaft to take Summers indicator in accordance with our memo Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Swdl.{Len H. Swindell}8/JH.15.12.38.

(6). Solid stem exhaust valves as instructed in our memo Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Swdl.{Len H. Swindell} 1/MH.{M. Huckerby}15.12.38. for a direct comparison with sodium filled valves on B.60 unit.

(7). Sodium filled exhaust valves for trial on Bentley V.{VIENNA} in accordance with BY/Ald.{F. Allwood - Experimental Design}1/AW.1.2.39.

(8). Intermediate stage cylinder head for trial on B.60 to Ex.F.1385/5/6.
