Dear Mr.Fedden,

Would you be good enough to give me the address at Cleveland of the firm which manufactures strip lead bronze bearings, and also an introduction to the engineer in charge.

I was interested to hear that you are contemplating having a semi streamlined body for your Bentley, and on going over the figures there is no doubt that, with cycle type wings, you should have a car which will be capable of attaining 100 m.p.h. under favourable conditions.

Yours sincerely,
