We can only suggest that for the time being at any rate you fit to this car a Lucas type ST.44.N as supplied as standard with Bentley chassis of the current series.

Unfortunately our efforts to find an alternative lamp have not yet been successful.

We have practically decided we cannot buy a suitable lamp but would have to have one made up.

We have already asked Park Wards' to make up some models and as soon as we are satisfied with the shape we shall investigate the possibility of the production of such lamps. But it is going to be some little time yet before the samples become available.

Lillie Hall have been told to expect your lorry on Monday or Tuesday to pick up the front seat for the loan of which we are very grateful.
