SpectreCodename for Phantom III Bump Chassis.

During the recent tests on the 2nd type brake adjustment we had to remove one brake drum from the hub plate, scrapping the bolts in consequence.

While the chassis is in the shop will you make this drum good, if possible; also replace the original adjustment mechanism.
