We thank you for your CWB20/LH{Mr Haworth}23.9.25. At the moment we are inclined to agree with your observation as to the commencement of a wobble, i.e., the lower wheel meets the ground turned inwards by chance and that once it has done this the wobble will build up in the way which we have shewn in our report. We are not satisfied with this explanation however, and we are carrying out further tests to prove other theories which we have in mind. These are not yet completed.
