X.4292. Re - Quain "Silectron" Cigar Lighter.

EFC15/T7.12.20. - I have heard that the Quain Cigar Lighter is very efficiant. The following remarks, however, have been made on Cigar Lighters in general:-

"I hate these things". LHS.{Lord Herbert Scott}

"My only experience of Cigar Lighters in Rolls-Royce was when I gave a trial run to the late demented Gaby Deslys and Harry Pilcer. He most unhappily leant against the device and a hole was burnt in the seat of his breeches, much to Gaby's delight". PN.{Mr Northey}
