| -2- We think that it is unfortunate that on a car where everything is working harder for the same weight, the dynamo should have increased in weight by 9 lbs., and additionally have a CAV. regulator unit fitted. There is actually 50% increase in weight of the ~~electrical~~ [handwritten: dynamo x] equipment compared with that of the present 20/25 HP. To quote only two cars, both selling at what we anticipate will be about 1/3 of the price of the Bentley - 8 cyl. Ford with saloon body weighing less than 25 cwts; Essex Terraplane with a 4 litre engine and saloon body weighing 24 cwt 17 lbs. - these facts speak for themselves. He/Rn.{Mr Robinson} | ||
