(3) PRESUMABLY THIS ARRANGEMENT SUFFERS SOMEWHAT FROM "CROSS-WINDING" OF THE PIVOT DUE TO LARGE AMOUNT OF OFF-CENTRE. (4 & 5) THERE IS VERY LITTLE TO CHOSE BETWEEN THESE TWO AXLES FOR LIGHTNESS. POSSIBLY THE CENTRE POINT STEERING MAKES (5) THE VERTICAL PIVOT AXLE FEEL A LITTLE HEAVIER THAT IT OTHERWISE WOULD. | ||
