To Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} from Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}22/KW.20.6.40. re Bentley V and Professor Dodds. I arranged some time ago to lend him our London Trials car at some convenient opportunity. He had it last week-end, when he had occasion to make a long run. I enclose his memorandum on the subject, and to save typing I am sending the original. It is a little difficult under present circumstances to feel very enthusiastic about luxury motor cars, but at the same time I felt you should see this, and should like to have your comments. I do not seem to remember before that the petrol tank capacity was being reduced. I suppose there is some good reason for this, but I think it is a pity. Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} | ||
