Messrs. Rolls-Royce Ltd.,
DERBY.

Attention of Mr. Robotham.

Dear Sirs:
SILENT TYPE TYRES ('FORT')

With further regard to our discussions from time to time in connection with this class of tyres - we now have pleasure in advising you that as the result of tests and experience which has gradually accumulated since their introduction, we are making some revisions in this form of tyre for the purpose of increasing its satisfactory performance.

This will, however, necessitate some difference in the dimensions and weights of the tyres, and we are accordingly submitting you the necessary details in the schedule herewith, and we shall much appreciate any comments with which you may care to favour us.

If you would like us to send you sample tyres, perhaps you would be good enough to let us have a note of your requirements, which will receive our careful attention.

Yours faithfully,
for DUNLOP RUBBER COMPANY LTD.,

W. Bond

Development Manager.
