X1069 Extract from :- THE APOLLO PLUG MANUFACTURING CO. LTD. Great Titchfield Street, LONDON. W.L. WHL/MS11.20. Messrs. Rolls-Royce Ltd., 14/15 Conduit Street, London W.1. November, 2nd. 1920. Dear Sirs, X.1812. Re Motor Show. 1920. X.1069. Our new model horns will interest you, and in connection with this we would mention such advantages as the low current consumption - 2½ to 3 amps -, the mellow tone and the penetrating yet inoffensive note. We can confidently state that these horns will not wear out. Many of them have been in use for several years, without the slightest adjustment being necessary, is so arranged, that there is no "sticking" when the button is pressed and therefore, no consequent irritation at finding that the horn does not function when wanted urgently. The quality therefore is right and the price is right so that we look forward to the pleasure of a visit from you to our Stand. It would be esteemed a favour if you would kindly ask for the undersigned or our Technical Representative. Assuring you of our best attention, Yours faithfully, THE APOLLO PLUG MANUFACTURING CO. LTD.
