Proposing the trial of aluminium instead of bronze for the wheelcase ball bearing housing and water & oil pump towers.

The lower portion of the oil pump tower is a very heavy piece at the present moment in bronze, which could well be used in the lighter metal. Where the ball bearing housing overhand as in sketch, they probably require a little stiffening up. These items should be added to the list quoted in memo Oy1/B16618.
