I wrote to Mr.Breeden and received 'phone call from their Mr.Wernick(?) to whom the matter had been referred.

They have no experience of chrome plating gun barrel bores. Their work was concerned with nickel plating the outsides of barrels of water cooled guns to prevent corrosion by cooling water.
