| S/W. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} X260 Big Bore Bentley. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}11/KW30.1.36. Cx{Major Len W. Cox - Advertising Manager}1/KW31.1.36. I am sorry to note that the Van Vooren Bentley is not suitable for demonstration. Is there any car you could let us have temporarily on the lines indicated in my Cx{Major Len W. Cox - Advertising Manager}3/KW29.1.35 ? As you know, we want to give a boost to Bentley sales, and it would probably help us considerably if we were able to give some trial runs to those who are sufficiently sceptical to want to try it before they buy. Would you please reply by return, because we are preparing some letters to send to our Retailers on Wednesday next, and want to be able to tell them whether we shall be in a position to give demonstration runs on Thursday next or not.
