Dear Sirs,

We have devised a special Cleaner for use in connection with our standard "R" types of plugs, and we have much pleasure in sending you herewith one dozen of these - the application of which is exceedingly simple. The plug is held sparking points upward - the Cleaner is then placed over the central electrode - pushed right home and then gently rotated a few times. This will then have the effect of removing any carbon deposit which may have accumulated without injuring the internal insulation of the plug.

Yours faithfully,

p.p. THE ROBINHOOD ENGINEERING WORKS LTD.,
