Dear Sirs, With reference to your order CT.41 dated August 5th 1920, not having heard to the contrary, we assume that the test you wished to make proved satisfactory. On 4th instant, Messrs. Handley-Page Transport Ltd., tested our Tablets on a London & Paris Machine, fitted with a pair of your Eagle 8 Engines. On one Engine, they used plain water, and on the other, they used Water treated with our Tablets at 15 per Gallon, which was the most that we advised for gradually removing the existing deposit from the Cooling System. On alighting from the Return Journey, the water was run off from both Engines, and the two compared, showing obvious difference, then the salts of lime, etc. taken up from the deposit were by a re-agent re-produced and shown to Mr. Page, also the Manager at Cricklewood, who expressed satisfaction; they have since placed an order with Messrs. Brown Brothers. Ltd. and we understand that they are going to continue to use the Tablets until they have satisfied themselves they will be advantageous to the efficiency of the Air Service.
