We have decided not to fit the Buick heater and defroster scheme to 32-EX. as requested in Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Std.9/MH.{M. Huckerby}3.11.37 instead, we wish to fit it to 26.G.V1. Will you therefore please cancel the instructions contained in above memo and fit the Buick heater and defroster to 26.G.V1. car when it is in the Shop next - this will also be requested in the specification being drawn up for 26.G.V1. now for 15,000 miles test. The heater should be fitted in the passenger's side of the rear of the dashboard as high as is possible without interfering with the cubby hole. We will arrange with Messrs Sanderson & Holmes for the necessary ducts etc. to be provided in the scuttle rail. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Std. | ||
