Dear Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}, I have been very late in sending you a mechanically operated petrol pump, with which most cars over here are fitted nowadays, but one is being sent off to you to-morrow. You will probably be receiving another one very shortly, of a more recent type, but the pump being despatched to you to-morrow is the one I intended to send about a year ago.
