We give below an extract from a letter we have received from Messrs British Thomson Houston Co. Ltd., regarding the field current of the ½ HP 2850 r.p.m. 110 volt D.C. compound wound Motor.

"We beg to advise that the 110 volt ½ HP Motor would have the following field current - .15 amp maximum and .13 amp minimum"
