With reference to your letter of the 1st inst. From week ending 1st January 1926 to week ending 8th April 1927 represent the last period which the late Mr. Halliwell contributed to the National Health Insurance. After April 1927 Mr. Halliwell was an exempted person. We are afraid therefore consequently Mrs. Halliwell will not be eligible for a widow's pension.
