Dear Commdr. Matravers,

Thank you for your letter of the 27th inst.

When you have time to spare we should like you to try one of our Bentley cars, so that you will appreciate why we do not want any other than the worm and nut steering on this car. If you come up to the works we should be able to fix you up with a run, and hope we will be able to make you dissatisfied with your Alvis.
