Dear Robotham:

This is to acknowledge receipt of a check for three hundred dollars covering funds sent us by Rolls-Royce, Ltd. We are applying this to the materials as they arrive.

The LaSalle frame, front end, etc. have just arrived in New York, and we are arranging with Perry-Ryer for shipment of that to you together with the two oil coolers received from the United Aircraft Products, Inc.

The following is an accounting of monies already paid out:

Advance Received ................................$300.00

Disbursements:
Long Mfg. Co. - paid March 30th ..........18.00
Cadillac Motor Car Co.
LaSalle frame, end, etc............ 213.06
Freight charges on above-Detroit to NY 10.01
Express charges on 2 cases from
United Aircraft ........................ 2.97 244.04

Balance .................................................... $55.96

We have not as yet paid the invoice of the United Aircraft Products in the amount of $125, nor have we had any notice from the Aluminum Company of America on the 14 pistons. There will also be a small charge for telegrams and cable, the amounts of which have not been determined yet.
