Dear Sirs, We beg to acknowledge the kind interview granted to the undersigned during his visit to your works on Wednesday last, the 10th inst., and in accordance with arrangements made at that time we are immediately proceeding with the design of the die for production of pistons to the blue print already submitted to you. Regarding the question of dies, as you are already aware, we have quoted you a part cost of £25.0.0., but in view of the fact that we are unable to submit any samples for test purposes without production of these dies, we are prepared to share this part cost with you, and suggest that we make a purely nominal charge of £10.0.0. only towards these tools, and we further would be prepared to supply the experimental pistons at the price already quoted for bulk quantities. We trust that this offer will be acceptable to you, and desire to assure you of our very close co-operation at all times. In conclusion we would mention, as requested during the interview, we are forwarding under separate cover six copies of LONDON OFFICE: ABFORD HOUSE. WILTON ROAD. S.W.1. Telephone Victoria 1620. | ||
