This is a likely firm to take on the job.

As we are starting this under the most difficult conditions for obtaining supplies, this looks the best proposition, as they will have their own reserve stock of supplies to draw on, and the vegetable question will be most acute.

We could sound Patterson & Hughes immediately on the subject of catering, and they may like to offer suggestions for the layout.

A final word about Hucknall Equipment, they have a special idea of Electric hot plate for quick service, made specially by Pearsons, Notts, for Mr. Catchpole, which ensures always a hot meal and cuts waste down to the absolute minimum saving pounds per month.

an approx cost figure working on these lines would be £250.
