Messrs. Rolls-Royce, Ltd.,
Derby.

Dear Sirs,

Re Experimental Car 5-B-IV.

We safely received this car on Friday last per your lorry and we have since been instructed by your Sales Department to complete the repairs as soon as possible.

It is rather unfortunate that it has been returned to us without the engine as this has deflected the chassis frame and we feel sure some further adjusting to the coachwork will be required when the engine has been refitted.

It is impossible to give an estimate for the work required until all the dismantling has been done, and we have suggested to your Sales Department that we should carry out the work based on cost.

Yours faithfully,
for PARK WARD & CO. LTD.

M.{Mr Moon / Mr Moore} H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} Thompson
