The weights include oil, water, petrol and tyres - 500 series 30 h.p type about 19 cwt to 20 cwt. 2128-2240 500 " 40/50 h.p. " " 24 cwt to 24¼ cwt. 2688-2716 700 " about 24½ cwt to 24¾ cwt. 2744-2772 900 to 1000 " " 25 cwt. 2800 1100,1200 to 1300 " 24¾ cwt to 25¼ cwt. 2772-2828 1400 to 1550 " 25½ cwt. 2856 1550 to 1700 " 25¾ cwt. -2884 1700 " 26½ cwt to 26¾ cwt. =2968-2996 The gradual increase of weight is accounted for by the addition of the following parts to the original chassis from time to time:- (1) Extra Oiling. (2) Rubber Buffers. (3) Hand Pump. (4) Windscreen Stanchions. (5) Mechanical Air Pump. (6) Footboards. (7) Shock Absorbers. | ||
