We should like to know from you what arrangements R.{Sir Henry Royce} has made whilst he is away as regards experimental reports. We assume that we shall send them on to you. The point we wish to know is whether you are going to deal with them or whether they will be sent on to Le CanadelHenry Royce's French residence in the hope of getting a reply.

I am expecting to leave with a Goshawk car for Le CanadelHenry Royce's French residence in 12 or 14 days time. The car will be up-to-date in every respect and will have the complete R-R electrical fittings on it. It will also have R.R. mudguards and stays and valances. It will have the Hooper open-touring body. We should like you to go and see the chassis whilst the body is being fitted at Hoopers. There will certainly be a number of points which we could discuss and also there may be some information and parts you would like me to convey to R.{Sir Henry Royce} Will you please let me know whether you wish to see the Car at Hoopers and as soon as possible we will let you know the date it will be there.

Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}
