It will not be possible to fit on to the EAC. car (which we are preparing for the 19th.) the final brake arrangement. We are very anxious that CJ. and yourself should try the 'adopted' scheme of brakes fitted to the correct axle so that it will have the proper steering lock. If you agree to postponing the test on the EAC. car for a week or 10 days after the 19th., we could then bring it right up-to-date so that it will represent a model of brakes and steering lock which will be delivered to customers.
We would prefer to do this.

We have arranged to bring an experimental car fitted with a scheme of brakes identical to what we intend to adopt although the manner in which it is to be carried out is to be modified, to London on Friday the 16th.inst. We have asked PN.{Mr Northey} to run the car during the week-end so that we can have the benefit of his criticisms early.
