We are sending into the Stores the above P & R.{Sir Henry Royce} battery for despatch to the makers for their investigation.
This battery suffers from excessive gassing as referred to in Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/GJ2/ADL.7.31 sent to By.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer}
The battery has been treated to enable it to be sent in a dry condition.
