37 -2- manifolds and of the fabric coupling. We are not attempting at the moment to fit the solid engine fit as it will take two full days to do that job and we shall never get our mileage done in time. We have tried one day's running with front tyres at 50 lbs. pressure and find there is a considerable improvement in the jellying of the front of the car, but should not say that it was satisfactory. We hope to continue our running in the morning, which then will bring our mileage just over 6000 miles by Friday night. G.W.H. [Signature] | ||
