Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} from Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} c. Hd.{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy} X4117- Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}1/ADL.4.8.31. GXO-69 - HUTTON. With reference to Wor{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}8/T1.3.8.31. We have spoken to Hd.{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy} on the subject and find that he has already treated three cars in the manner suggested - Commdr. Herbert and Doulton. He states that the changeover is quite a straightforward job and usually they require the car for 3 or 4 days, but that if they get warning to prepare the necessary parts this time can be reduced.
