STANDARDISATION of CHASSIS PARTS. Date 24.9.32.
Description of Parts. R.R. SHUNT DYNAMO CONTROLLED BY C.A.V. TYPE B CONSTANT VOLTAGE VIBRATOR REGULATOR.
Origin. To allow dynamo output to be governed by the demands of the battery.
Experimental Test Report. A series of Bench tests have shewn this regulator to function satisfactorily. It is the best British regulator in existence.
Road Test Report. This system ran 15,000 miles on 19-EX without any failure of the regulator.
