With reference to PN{Mr Northey}20/CP31.8.31, as discussed with you this morning, I understand that this car has been handled in the past by the Repair Department, and in view of our experience in running 25-EX in France, I certainly suggest this is a case where similar low rated springs should be fitted, and similar setting of shock absorbers. Also attention should be given to obtain the best tyre pressures. I certainly take the view that of all/cars I have tried, 25-EX should/suit this customer's complaint and give the best springing I know of, and would also give us some experience in recommending this scheme of springing as the best compromise. I think it is up to you to confirm this and advise Hd.{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy} accordingly. EP.{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} | ||
