LIGHTER & STIFFER
FLYWHEEL FOR PHANTOM EXPERIMENTS.

Mr. Grylls says in his memo. that they proposed placing the flywheel further from the disturbing influence.

I cannot see how you can do this - surely not more overhang?

I have expected for a long time that you would have had a flywheel like the 25HP:

(1) Lighter in overhanging parts (should put up period and reduce intensity.)

(2) Stiffer in flange and back plate.

If this makes no change then one would think it was crankchamber deflection.

I have telegraphed this for weeks, expecting some news every day, but still there is no stiffer flywheel for P. 2.
