Noise Insulation - Phantom III, 25/30 and Bentley.

With reference to Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/FD.{Frank Dodd - Bodies}15/JH.2.3.37, we have received copies of the photograph of the model insulated dashboard produced by Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/FD{Frank Dodd - Bodies}, and are preparing immediately a write-up giving a full description of how the noise insulation of the car should be carried out.

As soon as this is complete we shall send you the written matter, the photograph and a copy of the revised blueprint as a sample of what we would suggest you should distribute to our Coachbuilders.
