| [II] I have covered over 2000 miles in this trip through France, & Italy up to date, & the car has otherwise done well. The springing is a great improvement, but the rear springs still sometimes crash on the rubber buffers on a bad piece of road at speed. The Park Ward body seems to be standing up pretty well so far, it creaks, & groans, a bit at times, but on the whole the roads, in Italy are excellent, & quite as good as in England. This new car has not the maximum performance of my old one, 85 M.P.H is about all I can get out of it on Esso petrol, & I have some difficulty in | ||
