TAPPET MECHANISM - PHANTOM 111.

In reply to Da.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}10/G.3.5.38. we would confirm that the simplified tappets to E.CD.635 offer a saving of approximately £10. 10. 0. per chassis as compared with the present standard scheme.

The new scheme is also definitely cheaper than LeC.5667., broached tappet scheme, and should, therefore, be developed in preference to this scheme.
