CARS. 404 Will you please carry out some experiments on the B.V. cars to reduce the amount of mud slinging. We consider that part of the trouble is due to the mud blowing on to the wide mud lip, it then runs outwards and over the edge of the wing. Two possible cures appear to be (a) A groove in the mud lip as on Raymond Mayes' B.2. at present in the shop. (b) A reduction in the width of the mud lip. Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} | ||
