Dear Sir, We are in receipt of your letter of the 2nd September, Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}5/R, with respect to the passage of your goodself and Mr. Elliott in April last. Since writing you on July 13th we have been in correspondence with our New York Office on the matter, and their reply only recently came to hand. We felt that the subject is one which can best be dealt with by personally seeing you and wrote yester-day to our Birmingham Office asking them to call upon you with a view to explaining the matter to you.
