We send herewith N. sch. 3210., unfinished drawing of the gearbox, revised by the inclusion of the Maybach jaws, and the reverse proposed in R1/M25.1.31.
The Maybach jaws have increased the length of the box .250" only. We notice on the Chrysler box that the angle of these jaws is 10o.
On L.H. P. 2. there are 3 sliding rods to operate the reverse.
It is suggested that one might be eliminated on this box.
