All Wood Packing Cases, etc., must be returned to our works at your expense and in good condition, otherwise full credit cannot be allowed. The Railway Companies will not recognise any claim for non-delivery of goods lost in transit if they are not notified by senders within fourteen days from date of despatch ; nor will they admit any claim for goods damaged or short delivery unless advised within three days from date of delivery.
