June 13, 1935.

Mr. W. A.{Mr Adams} Robotham,
Rolls Royce, Ltd.,
Derby, England.

Dear Mr. Robotham:

I would like to express my thanks and appreciation for your kindness to me while I was in Derby. I assure you that out of the recollections of my entire European trip my visit to Rolls Royce is one of the most pleasant.

I conveyed your personal message to Mr. Vaughan and while the chances of an immediate visit by him is rather small, he nevertheless took your threat quite seriously and will certainly give you more notice and stay longer than I did.

Please convey for me my regards and appreciation to your staff whom I met and I can only hope that I may have an opportunity of returning your hospitality not only to you but also to the others I met in Derby in the near future.

Sincerely yours,

WRIGHT AERONAUTICAL CORPORATION

W. W. Finlay,
Production Engineer.
