To :- Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/HH. C.c. Wym.{G. Harold Whyman - Experimental Manager} C.c. Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} 1010 (e) Chasis EM/Les.3/JB.29.3.44. BENT FRONT PAN. Thank you for your Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/HH.3/MA.24.3.44, sending prints of the main front pan pressing FW.1827. I still require, however, the prints of the remaining parts of this front crossmember which differ from the normal B.V. Frame. Besides the three pressings which bolt on underneath the main crossmember there are also incidental pressings which I believe have to be assembled inside the crossmember, before it is fitted to frame. No doubt you will also look into the matter of the Starting Handle Bracket which may have to be fitted in advance. Will you please let me have three prints of the following drawings :- EB.3956 - Gear. EB.912 - Rocker Cover, also three prints of the Tappet Cover. EM/Les.{Ivan A. Leslie} | ||
